I ever had a few discussion with my girlfriend (who is a councilor/social worker) on social aspect to this choice (Is debate, and not she was pregnant! so don’t get me wrong). With consequences of the known complications that the lady could suffer, Loving Couples’ should never let this be an option. If couples truly love each other, they shouldn’t be put into such a spot. So we concluded that:

If couples aren’t ready for pregnancy, make sure it doesn’t happen.

If pregnancy occurred, make sure they are responsible for it.
