Dieting (Safe Slimming Methods) -step by step

Dieting (Safe Slimming Methods)

– Dedicated to those who lost their lives for it

Do a Basic Measurement. Understand what is ok and what is dangerous.

First and foremost, I hope that people don’t slim down further when they are already very thin. What is more important is excess weight contributes to a lot of health problems in the later stage of anyone’s life.

This increases the necessity of sliming down importance. I am pretty confident what I recommend would work. Lets us work together step by step and then to the solution to be on the safe side.

Please do this little BMI test to get a clear perspective of your weight. With a calculator:

Weight (kg)

---------------------

Height (m)²

Example for me is 65kg in weight and 1.75m in height.

65 divided by 1.75² = 68/3.9625 = 17.16

Summary of Results:

Category: BMI range-kg/m²

Starvation <14.9

Underweight from 15 to 18.4

Normal from 18.5 to 22.9

Overweight from 23 to 27.5

Obese from 27.6 to 40

Morbidly Obese >40

Before I go further, I openly acknowledge to the fact that many of the females will throw rocks at me as it’s widely believe ideal BMI for fashion world is 16.3. Many girls I believe is aiming for that mark which is a little worrying. Those going for figures below that are killing themselves:

One important line to quote from the report is:

"Thin is fine but it has to be healthy," –Kor

Edinburgh, Scotland, announced it would follow Madrid's lead banning any model with a BMI of less than 18. This means they are marking 18 lowest BMI number to follow.

And reasons for those BMI who falls below 16 are:

  1. Extreme Dieting
  2. Metabolism problem (E.g. Thyroid. Is dangerous, please see a Doctor)
  3. Anorexia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anorexia_nervosa

**ALL THESE CAN KILL SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL
