Found in: Primarily in Meat as well as most dairy products such as Milk, Tofu

Remarks: Protein can also be used as energy by your body, but this usually only happens when carbohydrate and fat stores are in short supply.


Fats: For absorption of vitamins. Maintains healthy skin and hair, insulating body organs against shock, maintaining body temperature, and promoting healthy cell function. It becomes Carbohydrate when stored.

Found in: Meat and many dairy products.

Remarks: Although it can store, it unhealthy to stop them completely. Goods one like Omega-3 is healthy. Most of the fats are ok to be taken moderately except for Trans fat.


Vitamins: Biochemical functions; Cellular and tissue growth.

Found in: Fruits and Vegetables (Especially the greenly ones)

Remarks: Is a must to take them. Most of them need WATER and FATS to work in the body.


Minerals: Healthy bones, appearance, growth, appetite.

Found in: Milk and dairy products (Calcium), Salt, meat, vegetables, everywhere…

Remarks: Calcium is found in dairy products. The rest can be found everywhere else.
